We also record the page you submitted from, which version of the site you saw, a request ID, and the exact consent text you agreed to, so we have a record of what you consented to. How we use it: we use your details only to respond to your request. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell them. Who sees it: your request is received by this referral service and passed to the local septic professional who will get in touch about it. Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet, using Google Apps Script (Google LLC) to receive the form submission. We will not share your details with any other company without asking you first. How long we keep it: we keep a request until you ask us to delete it, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. Deletion: to ask us to delete your request, email contact@knoxvilleseptichelp.com with your name, phone number, and the date you submitted the request. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Tracking: this site does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking. It does not store your details in your browser. Children: this site is for adults requesting help with a property. Please do not submit details about children. Changes: if this policy changes, we will update the date below.
